TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber
We have installed a new TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber tube laser in our newly opened hall
Our new tube laser brings significantly higher precision and greater comfort to tube and profile processing. It can handle raw material up to 6.5 meters in length and unload finished parts up to 4.5 meters long. The machine processes tubes and profiles with diameters of up to 254 mm and supports a load capacity of 40 kg per meter (with a tolerance of +10%).
It is equipped with a sliding station featuring self‑centering clamping jaws, automatic supports for raw tubes and retractable guiding rollers for finished parts. For maximum accuracy, the machine uses SeamLine Tube with internal weld‑seam detection, as well as Smart Profile Detection, which utilizes a camera to automatically recognize the shape of the profile.
The technology also offers additional machining capabilities such as thermal drilling, thread forming, and spiral drilling. Bevel cuts up to 45° are supported as well. The machine features an NC‑controlled spindle with an HSK‑A32 interface and an 8‑position tool changer, broadening the range of machining operations.
