Quality

Quality is not a formal requirement at HTP. It is a fundamental principle on which the company has been operating for a long time and on which the trust of our customers is built.

Quality at HTP means:

  • Clearly defined and managed processes
  • Qualified and regularly trained staff
  • Thorough production control at every stage
  • Responsibility for the result, not just for meeting the standard

Thanks to this approach, we have been a reliable partner for customers who expect technical precision, stability, and quick response without compromise.

Quality

The company has implemented and actively manages a quality and environmental management system in accordance with the EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001 standards. We use tools for stable process and risk management, which we continuously improve, and we approach environmental issues responsibly.

In the field of welding, we meet higher quality requirements according to the EN ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-2 and EN 15085-2 standards, at the highest level CL1. This confirms our ability to execute technologically demanding welded structures with high safety, reliability, and production repeatability requirements.

Quality Management

We pay special attention to quality during production and when selecting suitable suppliers.

We do not only evaluate formal certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 3834-2, EN 15085-2, or EN 1090-2, but also monitor the practical application of quality systems in real deliveries. We consistently track the stability of the agreed quality level in collaboration with customers.

Although we are not certified according to ISO 13485 or IATF 16949, we are capable of meeting their requirements.

As part of our internal evaluation, we consider the following criteria, whose fulfillment ensures a successful partnership:

  • Quality
  • Know-how
  • Total costs
  • Logistics
  • Competitiveness

Only if our profile meets the customer's requirements do we recommend initiating long-term cooperation.
