For sheet metal bending, we use modern CNC press brakes controlled by advanced software, ensuring precise and repeatable bending of sheet metal parts. By combining high-quality tooling with the expertise of our operators, we achieve exceptional accuracy even for complex shapes and small bend radii. The technology is suitable for both single-piece and serial production and enables efficient processing of a wide range of materials.

Sheet metal bending often follows laser cutting and represents an important step in preparing parts for subsequent welding, machining or assembly. Thanks to the seamless continuity of processes, we ensure fast production flow and precision at every stage.

If required, parts are further finished within surface treatment, increasing durability and the aesthetic value of the final product. For special shapes and production series, we rely on the support of our in-house tool shop, enabling maximum precision and flexibility.

What bending lengths can you handle?

We are capable of bending parts up to a length of 4 meters, depending on the specific configuration and type of machine used. Thanks to rigid segments, precise positioning and modern control systems, we achieve stable results even with long and thick-walled profiles. This capacity enables the production of larger structural elements, frames, beams and custom assemblies with high precision and repeatability.

Yes, it is possible - it always depends on the combination of sheet thickness and length. Our machines offer maximum parameters of up to 230 tons and a bending length of 4 meters. This range allows us to bend more robust and thicker sheet metal while maintaining precision, stability and a high-quality bend radius.

High repeatability is ensured by CNC control combined with ACB angle measurement, which continuously monitors and corrects the actual bending angle. This makes it possible to achieve consistent results across the entire production batch, even for parts with greater material thickness or more demanding geometries.

Yes, our production capacity allows us to manufacture from a single piece up to series of approximately 10,000 units. Thanks to flexible machine setup and fast production preparation, we handle individual prototypes, smaller orders and large-scale serial deliveries, always maintaining the same level of quality and precision.
