Sustainability

At HTP, we emphasize sustainability and environmental protection in all our production processes. We actively minimize or completely eliminate the use of raw materials with potential environmental risks, and when introducing new technologies, we choose solutions that correspond to the best available technologies. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce energy and raw material consumption and waste production, and we regularly assess and manage our environmental impact.

We are also involved in community activities - we support education, culture, sports, and social activities. We provide our employees with socially motivating benefits. In this way, we strengthen our social responsibility and contribute to the sustainable development of the entire region.

At the HTP Training Center, students gain their first professional experience in a real-world environment. Under the guidance of experts, they acquire practical skills, learn about modern technologies, and connect theory with practice.

We offer students excursions with expert commentary, summer jobs, and the opportunity to complete paid internships. We support schools with sponsorship donations and enable university students to write seminar papers and theses.

We offer university graduates the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice and develop their skills in a modern manufacturing environment. Thanks to systematic training, support, and career growth opportunities, young professionals can quickly gain valuable experience and become part of the HTP team.
