Our 3D laser technologies enable precise and flexible cutting of tubes, profiles and complex spatial parts. Thanks to automation, high precision and digital control, we achieve smooth and efficient production with minimal waste and consistent quality. The laser can handle even geometrically demanding components that form the basis for structural and frame assemblies.
The cut parts are further processed in subsequent technologies such as tube bending, welding, machining or assembly. Before final assembly, parts may also undergo surface treatment. Our in-house tool shop enables us to manufacture the required tools and fixtures which guarantees maximum precision of the final product.
Tube laser cutting technology is ideal for the production of frames, supporting structures and other engineering components. We process steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminum in various diameters and wall thicknesses according to customer requirements.
