Welding
In the field of welding, we utilize modern robotic and manual systems to ensure high weld quality, joint strength and a precise appearance of the final parts. Thanks to our experienced team of welders and precise process control, we guarantee repeatability, accuracy and reliability even for complex structures. We are certified according to ISO 3834-2 and EN 15085-2, confirming the high standard of our work.
Welding follows previous manufacturing steps such as laser cutting, sheet metal bending or tube bending, and represents a key stage in the assembly of frames and structural units. Each joint is inspected with regard to strength, precision and safety.
Finished assemblies further undergo surface treatment and assembly. This allows us to provide a complete manufacturing process - from material preparation to the final product - with guaranteed quality and long service life.
