New Pallet Rack and AGV Preparation

The installation of the PAL‑RACK system and the launch of the AGV project bring more capacity, precision and safety across all production halls.

At the end of 2025, we completed the installation of a new PAL‑RACK pallet storage system, which has been fully operational since January 2026. The system offers a capacity of 245 pallets, divided into two segments measuring 11,300 mm and 21,700 mm, with a total frame height of 5,000 mm. This upgrade increases our storage capacity and significantly improves material flow throughout all three production halls.

We have also launched preparations for the implementation of AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles), which will soon handle automatic material transport between transfer points and, in the next phase, autonomous pallet storage directly into the racks. AGVs use laser navigation with millimetre accuracy and advanced obstacle‑detection sensors ensuring safe operation even in mixed‑traffic environments.

The planned rollout includes two main stages:

Stage 1: floor‑to‑floor material transport (transfer points),
Stage 2: fully autonomous pallet storage and retrieval in connection with our WMS and future ERP system.
AGVs bring many key benefits: continuous operation, higher efficiency, labour savings, precise and repeatable routes, and increased safety across logistics processes.

This project marks another important milestone in modernising our logistics and strengthening our ability to meet increasing demands from both customers and production.
