Implementation of the Tool Box on the workpiece
More efficient tool management and another step toward modernizing our machining operations.
We are introducing one of the first major improvements in our machining department – a modern Tool Box system for tool management. This solution brings clearer organization of tools, faster tool changes and searches, and significantly reduces production downtime. With better monitoring of tool wear, we will be able to plan maintenance and replacements more effectively, extending tool life and lowering overall costs.
The implementation of the Tool Box is an important step toward more efficient tool management and increasing productivity across the machining department. The system will be put into operation at HTP in April 2025. The rollout is being managed by Production Director Miroslav Klapp, in close cooperation with the machining team, ensuring smooth integration and long-term success.
This improvement represents another move toward faster, more efficient, and better‑organized production processes.
