Implementation of the Tool Box on the workpiece

One of the first changes on the machine shop floor is the introduction of modern Tool management. For this reason, it will be installed in our machine shopTool box. The tool box for machining tools is not only a practical, but also a highly economical solution for optimizing production processes.

Careful organization of tools significantly reduces the time required for their replacement and retrieval, thereby minimizing production downtime and increasing productivity. With a clear arrangement, the wear of individual tools can also be effectively monitored, which enables timely interventions in the form of their replacement or maintenance and thus extends their service life. This approach leads to significant savings when purchasing new tools and optimizes the use of existing ones. Overall, a well-organized tool box contributes to the smoother running of production processes, reducing costs and improving the overall economic efficiency of the company.

This step will be a key foundation for effective tool management and for the smooth progress of the next steps in the toolbox implementation.The system will be put into practice at HTP in April 2025, resulting in even greater efficiency of tool management and ensuring optimal conditions for production, which will support further streamlining and reduction of operating costs.
